my stay was fantastic, as the hotel was just a few steps away from the creative discovery museum, making it perfect for a family outing, and within walking distance to the beautiful tennessee aquarium where we enjoyed stunning views of marine life.

The staff's readiness to accommodate our breakfast needs at 9:20 AM and the indoor pool's warmth were standout moments of our stay.

The staff really left a mark on our stay. They were attentive and eager to help. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the kitchen setup in our suite was perfect for a family.

While parking was convenient, the $20 daily fee felt on the high side. The elevator was a bit slow during peak times, which could be frustrating, especially in a busy hotel.

The location was very convenient for walking to nearby attractions.

We encountered several issues during our stay. The pool heater was broken, and we only learned about it after speaking with the maintenance staff. Housekeeping only came every other day, and we had to vacuum our own room, which was frustrating. Additionally, we found ants in the room, making us extremely cautious about leaving any food out.

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, a fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, and one time they even waived a charge due to an emergency. I’ll be back for a weekend!

The hotel features a warm and inviting lobby area, which was accessible and easy to navigate, making it calmer for seniors like myself. The breakfast setup allowed ample space, so I didn’t feel rushed or cramped.

More clear parking instructions would help seniors.

Indoor pool is a nice perk, kids loved it. Our suite had ants, which was concerning. Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was in a secure gated lot, which felt safe.

I stayed in a Queen Studio with a Sofa Bed for 4 nights, and it was pretty great! The room was spotless, no dirt anywhere. Loved that the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge was super quiet. I also appreciated having a bathtub. The indoor pool was a fun bonus, too! Oh, and I had to mention the gluten-free muffins at breakfast—so rare to find! No complaints about the room itself. all good there!
